This incredibly friendly lion loves cuddling up to humans… and even giving them a KISS. The stunning images show tame lions interacting with their human best friends. The typically-ferocious beasts have instead become gentle giants after they were raised by humans at Taigan Lion Park, in Crimea. Heartwarming images have captured the lions cuddling up to fearless humans as they pose for selfies, go for a swim, and even offer their human friends a kiss.
Russian photographer, Nikita Korzun, 43, visited the park and was surprised to see the humans and lions sitting on top of each other in a field.

Former Information Minister, Nnia Nwodo, Emerges Ohanaeze President-General «

It was dramatic on Tuesday as former information minister, Chief Nnia Nwodo emerged the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide. Other contestants for the position included a law Professor, Simon Ortuanya, Former Vice Chancelllor, Prof. Chiweyite Ejike and Chief Joel Ifeanyi Ezugwu. However, before voting commenced, Ezugwu and Ortuanya announced their decision to step down for Nwodo, describing him as a man of wisdom and competence, well qualified for the position. Following the development, Nwodo was left with only Chiweyite, a pioneer Vice Chancellor of then Anambra State University of Science and Technology, ASUTECH, to contend with. At the end of the election held at the Ohanaeze Secretariat in Enugu, he emerged victorious with a wide margin, having polled 242 votes, while Prof. Chiweyite trailed far behind with 13 votes. Buhari Moves To Install Barrow As Gambian President.

President Muhammadu Buhari has imitated moves towards the actualisation of the mandate given to Gambian president-elect, Adama Barrow. According to a statement issued by Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, in Abuja on Sunday, in the discharge of his mandate as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) mediator for The Gambia, President Buhari has activated the process for the execution of his task. The statement recalled that one of the outcomes of the just-concluded ECOWAS Summit held on December 17, 2016 in Abuja was the decision to designate President Muhammadu Buharias the Mediator for The Gambia with Mr. John Mahama, the out-going President ofGhana as co-mediator.
